Know when to go around!

Just found a link to this video. If a safe landing and rollout and can not be achieved…go around!

It's an Aztec (PA-23). It's AirAmericaCaribbean.com. It's the owner flying. I used to fly/work for him, he's a cocky jerk. I left because of his attitudes towards safety, here his is demonstrating those attitudes. He's blown tires on this runway before, landing long and trying to save it. But you can't tell him anything, he knows it all.

Looked there were a couple of sets of skidmarks on that runway before he left his set. I am guessing he wasn't the first pilot to run off the end. Great line - "that kind of.........blows" Hope nobody got hurt.
